Your responsibilities
1. Portfolio Management
- Lead the end-to-end management of the change portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and transformation goals
- Facilitate portfolio governance, prioritization, and resource allocation in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and interdependencies to enable informed decision-making
2. Program & Project Delivery Oversight
- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of strategic programs and projects across the organization
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key programs and projects
- Monitor delivery performance, manage risks, and resolve escalations
- Ensure adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
- Provide guidance and escalation support to project and program managers
3. Project Management Practice
- Own and evolve the Project Management Framework (PMF) and Project Lifecycle (PLC)
- Promote consistent use of tools, templates, and methodologies across all initiatives
- Build delivery capabilities through coaching, training, and best practice sharing to ensure project discipline and delivery quality
4. Test Management Leadership
- Oversee the Test Management function, including the End-to-End Test Factory
- Ensure structured test planning, execution, and reporting across programs
- Promote test automation and continuous quality improvement
5. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of program managers, project managers, and test leads
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Define and track team KPIs to measure delivery effectiveness
6. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as a key interface between business sponsors, IT, and transformation governance bodies
- Provide regular reporting to SteerCos, ExCom, and other senior forums
- Ensure transparency on delivery status, risks, and dependencies
