In this role, you will:
- Coach and guide colleagues on the work floor
- Coordinate daily tasks and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities
- Monitor quality, safety, and efficiency closely
- Support and guide the onboarding of new employees
- Contribute ideas for improvements and practical solutions
- Step in operationally when needed and remain visibly present on the floor
- Track team progress and performance to ensure objectives are met
