- You coach and guide colleagues on the work floor.
- You coordinate daily tasks and ensure everyone clearly understands their responsibilities.
- You closely monitor quality, safety, and efficiency.
- You support and guide the onboarding of new employees.
- You actively contribute ideas for improvements and practical solutions.
- You step in operationally when needed and remain visibly present on the floor.
- You track team progress and performance to ensure objectives are met.
