Assistant(e) RH (People Support)
Functieomschrijving
- Handle front office requests for People Support (mission booking, reservations, tool usage, expense submissions).
- Manage back office requests for People Support related to working time and leave.
- Support onboarding processes and prepare induction meetings.
- Assist with ongoing People Support projects.
Please note that the role is primarily administrative. People Support is the internal HR support center.
Profiel
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (administrative profiles with HR knowledge are also considered).
- Professional proficiency in English or French and independent user in the other language.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Analytical thinking.
