AP/AR Accounting Specialist
Functieomschrijving
- Daily processing of (digital) supplier invoices and bank statements
- Creation and follow-up of customer/supplier accounts
- Processing of payments
- Actively contribute to an efficient credit collection process
- Act as point of contact for bank-related operational issues
- Assist in VAT and other tax declarations
- Provide leadership within the AP/AR team, taking initiatives to improve processes and ensure continuity of work
Profiel
- Accounting degree with minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and support colleagues within the AP/AR team
- Experience working with complex systems and in international contexts
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software (experience with NAV and SAP is a plus)
- Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch
- Proactive, efficient, and organized with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
- Capable of working independently and delivering high-quality work
