AP Accountant // Fast-Growing Startup // 4days/week Homeworking
Functieomschrijving
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in preparing monthly closing reports related to accounts payable.
- Collaborate with external suppliers and internal teams to address invoice or payment-related queries.
- Support the implementation of process improvements within the AP function.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company guidelines.
- Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation
Profiel
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A first profesionnal experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a valued asset.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytic skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
