As a Polyvalent Accountant, you'll play a key role in keeping our finances on track and our business moving forward. Your main responsibilities include:
- Accurately recording financial transactions in line with local regulations.
- Owning the AP & AR processes to keep everything running smoothly.
- Preparing clear monthly reports and supporting budget monitoring.
- Reconciling bank statements and quickly resolving discrepancies.
- Supporting tax filings and acting as a contact point for external auditors.
- Maintaining reliable financial records for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Improving accounting processes and systems to boost efficiency.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations.
Profiel
A successful Polyvalent Accountant brings:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the property industry (a strong plus!)
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Sharp analytical skills and a solution-driven mindset
- Great attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch written and verbal
- Ability to juggle priorities and always meet deadlines
