Scope:
Within the financial department provides direct administrative support in the ongoing development of financial tasks to ensure that the department meets the legal and intercompany requirements.
Essential functions
- Perform a wide variety of administrative duties including data entry
- Input financial transactions, invoices, preparation of supplier payments…
- Prepare accruals
- Responsible for depreciations USGAAP and BEGAAP
- Prepare month and year end closings
- Prepare reconciliations
- Responsible for Intrastat
- Prepare VAT declarations
- Support and preparation of various audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or knowledge acquired through > 5 years’ experience in similar job environment
- Good knowledge of VAT legislation
- Good language skills: Dutch, English
- Experience in Microsoft based accountancy program
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel
