Sales Manager BeLux
Description de la fonction
- As a business developer you set up the project business division in the Belgium and Luxembourg area, within the existing Belgium organization and Benelux management structure.
- You conduct market research, develop a project sales plan and act on your own by developing this new market.
- As a people manager you support the retention and growth of the current Wholesales business and Key-Account management. You nurture, develop, and grow the existing business with the current team.
- As a manager you regularly review project sales and marketing plans by collaborating with the marketing team.
- You are a member of the BeLux Management team and have a close cooperation with the Dutch colleagues.
- You are responsible for the BeLux sales results and report to the General Manager Benelux.
Profil
- You work on a Master’s level, through education or obtained by working experience, of a Commercial education, a Business administration and/or technical studies.
- Proven experience of +5 years in sales management and business development.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and customer relationship management in a project business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Understanding of technical products and their applications.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Team-player, persistent and self-steering.
- You speak Dutch and French because you’ll work in the BeLux. English is the company language.
