For our client in Brussels, we are looking for a Management / Office Assistant.

Description de la fonction

As a Finance & Management Assistant, you will be the administrative and financial backbone of our team. Your tasks will include, among others:

  • Daily administrative support: creating documents, filing, handling correspondence, managing emails and calls.

  • Agenda and schedule management: coordinating appointments, meetings, business trips, and both internal and external logistics.

  • Support of financial processes: invoicing, tracking incoming and outgoing invoices, payment follow-up, financial data entry, possibly bank or account reconciliations.

  • Preparing financial reports / budgets / summaries / Excel reports / administrative reports.

  • Coordination between various departments: liaising with internal teams, suppliers, administration and staff across the organization.

  • Support for projects, events or internal meetings: organising, minute-taking, logistics, follow-up.

Profil

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant or management assistant — preferably in the banking or financial sector, or in an international company.

  • Degree (bachelor or master) or demonstrable relevant experience.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital file management / archiving.

  • Languages: fluent in French and English; very good level of Dutch.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, discretion, ability to handle stress and prioritise tasks.

  • Good communication skills, customer-oriented, professional and flexible.

  • Ability to work independently but also effectively in a team, with initiative and a service mindset.
