Your responsibilities:

  • You will manage the COO's diary and mailbox and ensure smooth follow-up.
  • You will prepare summaries and presentations and assist in the preparation of meetings.
  • You will request information from Heads of Departments in good time so that everything is ready for meetings.
  • You will book travel and assist in the organisation of internal and external events.
  • You will take on general administrative tasks and contribute ideas for optimisation.

Profil

What qualities does this Management Assistant need? 

  • You have a hands-on mentality and set priorities.
  • You are assertive, enjoy working independently and are solution-oriented.
  • You have at least 2 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in a support role.
  • You speak fluent English, Dutch or French. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

What can you expect from this job as a Management Assistant?

  • You will work a 40-hour week and accrue 32 days of leave.
  • There are flexible working hours between 7.30 a.m. and 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., tailored to the COO's schedule.

  • After the induction period, you can work from home up to two days a week.
