JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Description de la fonction
As a Junior Account Manager at Credendo GSR, you will support the team in handling standardised insurance requests and drafting business proposals in line with underwriting guidelines. You will also help provide the necessary information to monitor the risks associated with the policies in the company's portfolio.
What you will do
> handle basic operational and administrative tasks related to policy management - from preparing contractual documentation to issuing insurance contracts,
> analyse key contractual terms and ensure their correct registration in internal systems; track contract changes to maintain up-to-date policy records,
> keep insurance data accurate and up to date, and support documentation needs from financing partners and brokers,
> manage premium collection and settlements, including bonus/malus adjustments, profit sharing, and brokerage fees,
> assist in preparing complete documentation for claims analysis and indemnity payments,
> collaborate regularly with your team and assist in preparing internal reports, documentation, and business overviews.

Profil
university degree (Bachelor lev),
> fluency in English, French, and Dutch (Flemish) — both written and spoken,
> strong analytical skills and the ability to process diverse sets of data,
> high attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency,
> good judgment and problem-solving skills,
> strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.
