Customer Service Advisor

We currently have a position for the role of Customer Service Advisor.
The role reports to the Account Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organise daily dispatch of the finished goods
- Have the right level of contact with logistic suppliers and customers to book pick up and delivery slots, and ensuring the respect of it
- Support Planning and Operations by preparing the working sheets, being used on the shop floor
- Support purchasing activities of materials (inks, packaging...) and services (maintenance, ...)
- Being part of the Customer Service Team activities and able to support when required Order entry, Originations and checking processes
Profil
Requirements:
- Good understanding of warehousing and logistic processes
- Understanding of Order entry, Originations and Originations checking processes
- Knowledge of SAP / planning
- Knowledge of associated S.O.Ps covering the scope of the area
- Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Professional English knowledge
