Warehouse Supervisor

Since our logistics department is growing continuously, you work closely with our Warehouse Manager in order to implement and create new promising projects in a constantly changing environment.
 

Your goal is to reach the best results in satisfaction, both for the customers as for your colleagues.

With your amazing management skills, you play a key role in steering the daily course of affairs in our fulfilment center. You are an inspiration to your 3 to 4 Teamleaders and 3 to 5 Process Operators, coordinating 50 operators.  As a coach to your team members, you help them in their individual development and growth towards higher values.  Together with them you look actively for solutions that can benefit both the team and the client.

You will monitor actively KPI's on both quality and productivity and set actions for continuous improvement of them in order to keep costs under control.

You work in a regular day shift 10.00 - 18.00.

?       You are fluent in at least two of the following languages: English, Dutch or French.

?       You have minimum  3-5 years’ experience in people management, in a Logistics environment.

?       You have experience with organising staff planning on a continuous basis. 

?       You have great communication skills and a good sense of organisation

?       You have eyes for details and have good analytical skills
