Technical Sales Support Engineer

For a well-known company we are looking for a Technical Sales Support Engineer.

The Sales Support Engineer provides technical assistance to district Regional Sales Managers and Local Sales Represenatives and assists in customer inquiries to assure proper procedures. 

you will :

- Provide hands-on technical.

- Provide technical assistance via phone, fax or other forms of communications.

- Provide warranty information regarding equipment.

- Complete technical product reports; reports on product problems encountered.

- Provide the initial contact for all representatives.

- Create a communication system between the District Sale, the regional manager, and the customer service department to better serve the needs of the customer, and the interests of the company.

-Provide one-on-one technical training (internal and external).

- Carry out in-house and on-site tests.

- Ensure the on-site maintenance activity service.

- Be in charge of the rental units fleet management.

- Be in charge of the laboratory housekeeping and supporting customer's visits.

- Perform quality audits as requested. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical training required with preferably an Mechanical or Scientifcal Engineering degree (or relevant professional experience).

Good interpersonal and sales skills with customers ,sales reps, and inside personnel.or prospects; persuasive skills with in-company personnel.

Willingness to travel (30-50%).

Must be fluent in English language writen and spoken. French, Dutch,German or Russian are a plus., -
