What will you do?
For a dynamic company in the Puurs area, we are looking for a Team Leader Maintenance Technicians for a 2-shift system. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping a variety of production machines running smoothly, with a focus on safety and cost-efficiency.
- You will lead a small team of 2 maintenance technicians and also work hands-on.
- You will analyze machine malfunctions and implement sustainable solutions.
- You will clearly define problems and escalate if they cannot be solved in a reasonable time.
- You will participate in daily meetings and optimize the setup of packaging machines.
- You will assist with the installation of new production lines and perform preventive maintenance.
Profile
- You have a degree in electromechanics (a bachelor’s level is preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in a technical role.
- You have knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and electricity. Experience in the food industry is a plus.
- You have experience leading a small team.
- Safety is your top priority, and you are a problem solver.
- You have experience with packaging machine setups and adjustments.
