Talent Acquisition Officer (M/F/X) - Brussels
As Talent Acquisition Officer (M/F/X), you will join a team of 3 Talent Acquisition Officer and report to the HR Manager. Your tasks and responsibilities will be the following :
- Handle the whole recruitment cycle for various profiles (from support to manager profiles) : Job posting, CV screening, F2F/video interviews, deliver specific tests & assessments, reference checks, offer management
- Understand the needs of the business and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Build & maintain good relationships with recruitment partners & develop alternative/creative candidate sourcing methods
- Onboarding with new comers & lead regular follow-up meetings
- Lead internal recruitment processes (internal mobility)
- Manage different HR projects (Internal & International Mobility, Recruitment process, Employer Branding, ...
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment & Selection
- Excellent written and spoken level of Dutch and French, good knowledge of English
- Ability to connect with people and build strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills, being able to show empathy and to be assertive when necessary
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise
From € 3.000 to € 4.000 per month
