Redelijk loonpakket maar gebrekkige leiding

Na meer dan 20 jaar heb ik veel zien veranderen, weinig ten goede. Het loon is niet het slechtste ookal zou het beter kunnen.
Het leidinggevend personeel waant zich vaak op een hoger niveau of beter dan het "voetvolk".
Ze pakken de problemen op de werkvloer niet aan waar het hoort en maken problemen waar er geen zijn of maken opmerkingen over nutteloze dingen. Heel onregelmatige werkdruk, zeker voor vervangers, de ene dag is de andere niet en met de vervangers hun voeten wordt heel vaak gespeeld.
Rolverlof moet telkens in december gemaakt worden voor het volledige volgende jaar en dan nog wachten op goedkeuring van de u gekozen data.
Eenmaal op ronde heb je wel veel vrijheid om u werk te doen, zolang het maar correct gedaan is.
Loon op tijd betaald.
Onregelmatige werkdruk
Op het randje van dictatoriaal regime op mc's
Ongelijkheid en favoritisme
Vaak gebrek aan materiaal om het werk correct uit te voeren
