Specification Sales Manager

Job description

  • Promote the Nicoll products towards specifiers in the building and infrastructure sectors such as architectural and engineering offices and project developers, with a clear focus on identified market sub-segments.
  • Maintain a good relationship with your clients and prospects.
  • Coordinate commercial technical service activities and serve as POC with end users.
  • Liaise with our different manufacturing units for specific customer inquiries and ongoing product trainings.
  • Perform accurate and timely reporting activities on your business, your market and your competitors, including market intelligence information.
  • Build a sales team of specifiers in the course of time specifically dedicated and focused on key market segments
  • Report directly to the Managing Director


  • Master degree in an economics or engineering
  • Several years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the construction sector or a related sector is an advantage
  • Preferably experience with public tenders
  • Result driven manager
  • Commercial talent and proven track record
  • You speak Dutch, French and English
