Quality Leader
Job description
- Ensuring our internal and external suppliers fully understand the required quality for their components/products/services.
- Ensuring through the implementation of internal controls and procedures that our finished products meet the required level of quality.
- Using quality-related data to lead improvement processes and reduce losses related to quality.
- Providing training and coaching to your production colleagues in all aspects of compliance verification and quality improvement to exceed customer satisfaction.
- Attending customer visits and audits to demonstrate compliance, improvement, and quality assurance.
- Supervising and conducting investigations into quality issues by undertaking a thorough root cause analysis and addressing them by introducing preventive and corrective measures.
- Participating in general site initiatives aimed at improving performance and profitability and fostering continuous improvement.
Profile
- Qualified in a scientific/technical/quality-related field.
- Internal auditor qualification preferred.
- Good knowledge of quality assurance systems, including BRCGS Consumer Products, IFS HPC.
- Knowledge of weights and measures legislation and European standards.
- Good knowledge of key packaging materials.
- Experience in continuous improvement projects.
- You have a leadership spirit, encourage the troops, and motivate them to follow the same direction.
- You demonstrate commitment, good communication, and a team and cooperation spirit towards your colleagues and your supervisor.
- You are a change leader and guide workers through changes.
- You are punctual, precise, well-structured, and organized.
- You are focused on continuous improvement, results, and collaboration with customers.
