Job description
As a Technical Supervisor, you will play a key role in our team. You will support the objectives of our department by being proactive, analytical, and fostering a positive work environment. Your job is to ensure quality results while providing memorable experiences to our clients. As an ambassador of our brand, you will reflect our values and ensure that everything is in compliance with our policies and local regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining excellence: Ensuring that all areas of the property are maintained to the highest level to guarantee compliance with company standards.
- Optimizing the customer experience: Leading a responsive and positive team to ensure customer satisfaction and comfort by effectively responding to their needs.
- Implementing strategies: Supporting and implementing department strategies and objectives, assuming specific responsibilities and replacing the manager in their absence.
- Cultural leadership: Playing a key role in promoting a culture of growth, development, and performance, while embodying the company's values.
- Cost and inventory control: Collaborating to keep costs under control and achieve desired productivity levels.
- Interpersonal relationships: Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
- Proactive management: Managing the preventive maintenance program to ensure environmental sustainability and asset preservation.
- Legal compliance: Ensuring legal compliance and documenting best practices for internal and external audits.
Profile
We are looking for a Technical Supervisor with the following skills:
- Interpersonal skills: Positive leadership, commitment to hospitality, integrity. Open and positive personality, fostering trust and growth. Ability to actively listen and communicate in a clear and concise manner, facilitating collaboration at all levels. Unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service and the hospitality industry.
- Technical skills: Minimum 3 years of confirmed experience in tertiary maintenance, with a strong problem-solving aptitude. Tertiary maintenance skills ready to be put to use for perfection.
- Technological skills: Advanced mastery of MS Office, ensuring maximum efficiency in daily tasks.
- Linguistic skills: French and English.
