Membership Manager

Job description

As a Membership Manager, here are your responsibilities:
  • Coordination of the members
  • Management of the membership database (new members, changes, etc.)
  • Invoicing membership applications
  • Financial and administrative support for memberships for the Finance & Administration Manager
  • Inform interested companies about the conditions for becoming a member
  • Arranging local board meetings, internal events, etc.
  • Ordering office supplies and drinks
  • Provide temporary support to the Meetings and Events Department in organising the annual meeting and similar events on a limited basis.

Profile

The person we are looking for:
  • Already a knowledge of the European Association world (ideally)
  • Already an experience in the membership management or something similar
  • Great organisational skills
  • English is the main language, an average level in french or dutch is required
  • Autonomous
