Job description

DHL is looking for a management assistant.

Your tasks include:

  • day to day running of the Global Aviation IT Team
  • preparation of presentations and material for meetings
  • taking notes during meetings
  • correspondance with other DHL entities and external suppliers and clients
  • manage diaries of mangers and leadership teams
  • travel arrangements
  • organize conference calls and monitor visitors
  • coordinate conference events
  • organize team building and social events
  • liaison with office facilities management team
  • onboarding support for new employees and contractors
  • follow-up and report on KPI's and time tracking
  • support purchase orders andreview contract & vendor compliance
  • follow-up on renewals

Profile

  • You have an excellent knowledge of English (Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong asset
  • Excellend MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint)
  • Proactive mentality
  • You have a sense of responsibility
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
