As a Logistics Assistant you'll be responsible for the administrative follow-up of the logistical part in the company.
o Encoding of orders
o Follow-up of delivery notes from sales representatives
o Sending invoices
o Filing of invoices/credit notes
o Mail management
o Ordering office supplies
You have a degree in supply chain management or business administration and have successful experience in customer database management. Someone who is solution oriented and strives to simplify processes.
Service oriented and good interpersonal skills, you have an aptitude for data management and are willing to participate in the implementation of corporate data governance.
Fluency in Dutch and French is imperative.
