We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to ensure our Account Management team continuously provides the highest level of support to our mid-sized customers through an internal sales approach. As our Junior Account Manager at Monizze you will manage your customer portfolio remotely, build strong relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall success of the employer business unit.

This position is based at our offices and does not involve client visits or travel.

Key responsibilities

1. Customer advocacy

Be the primary point of contact for your portfolio of customers, advocating on their behalf and ensuring their needs are met. Build and maintain strong relationships while understanding their business challenges and providing effective solutions to drive growth.

2. Customer engagement 

Assist in developing customer engagement processes and tools that enhance customer satisfaction and ensure smooth interactions with Monizze.

Use every customer contact as an opportunity to up- and cross sell all our solutions and to limit churn.

3. Collaboration with management and teams

Work closely with management and team leaders to develop strategies that support the growth of both the customer success team and the platform, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.

4. Customer business understanding

Gain a deep understanding of your customers’ business needs, industry trends, and challenges. Educate them about relevant product features and connect them with the right internal resources to address their needs.

What You’ll Bring
  • First experience in account management or sales is a plus

  • Strong customer focus and the ability to empathize with customers' challenges, providing competent and compassionate solutions.
