  • Our client is the world leader in industrial particle separation and size reduction solutions offering a full line of separation and grinding equipment as well as screen innovations.

  • In order to sustain their growth within Europe, they are currently looking for a Sales Engineer - Advisor with a strong focus on Industrial Sector. The scope will be Eastern Europe.

International Sales Engineer - Industrial Sector

Job description

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develops sales plans and strategies in coordination with the Europe sales manager

  • Advises Customers & Key Account on Technical subjects
  • Represents the company on technical matters in order to sustain the trust relationship with key accounts
  • Delivers on sales targets
  • Confers with sales representatives to develop sales objectives for market areas
  • Recommends pricing strategies and promotional programs for key customers in assigned territory
  • Maintains personal contact with key customers in assigned markets
  • Holds responsibility for new agent training and development
  • Analyses sales activity and effects change as needed to sustain and continue growth
  • Develops and implements management programs for major accounts
  • Develops new business by finding opportunities in new technology and services and maintains existing business
  • Establishes lasting, professional relationships with customer contacts
  • Understands customer's local environment and identifies new technical applications suited to their needs
  • Ensures that problems arising from sales are responded to and appropriately managed
  • Actively updates account and sales management regarding changes to customer accounts
  • Uses the sales systems and processes to document and communicate opportunities, market and competitive intelligence, customer information including: contacts, visit reports, etc.


The successful candidate will have the following requirements:

  • At least a Master Degree with an Engineering focus - or equivalent by experience
  • At least 5 years of experience within the Industrial Process Equipment sector - preferably on the field
  • Strong communication & commercial skills - verbal, presentation & writing skills
  • Strong technical understanding ability

  • Ability & interest in people management
  • Fluent in English & French - Russian & Polish are a strong asset but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of the Capital equipment investment within the industrial sector is a strong asset

  • Ability to travel up to 30%


The successful candidate will have an attractive salary package in line with his experience
