Job description

We are looking for a HR Analytics & Project Coordinator(M/F) to support the strategic process from a Project support and analytical dimension. The candidate will be a sparring partner of the Head of People & Organisation (P&O).

You will enrich a highly decentralized and Global team, playing a central role in Analyzing global data, structuring critical insight & facilitating a smooth communication process that allows for well thought out decision making.

The role will be physically based in Leuven offices in Belgium, combined with working from home.

The HR Analytiscs  & Project Coordinator will :

Act as a sparring partner to the P&O team to provide insight supporting strategic decision making & global projects. Conduct complex data analysis leveraging multiple sources of information and integrating hypothesis to allow for scenario building. Actively support the on boarding of digital tools for P&O. Helping the local P&O team with trouble shooting and guiding them through the change.

Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic decision making & global projects

Functioning as a business partner with global & local P&O leaders within the organization. Building models/global business plans with P&O data to tackle existing problems and coming up with solutions. Coordinating & lead strategic P&O projects: organizational design, workforce planning, … Being part of the thinking process for new strategies and their implementation. While keeping an open mind, involve & influence P&O leaders to lift the organization to a higher level. Perform Ad-hoc people and headcount data analysis to support P&O and other business units to support labor business plans and forecasts.

Analyze data

Leverage existing tools to build Workforce Planning simulations based on KPIs, productivity metrics and other variables identified in collaboration with the strategy team. Create appealing and visual presentations on analytics and insights, reaching different level of audiences. In collaboration with Finance review the headcount forecasting and budgeting process to ensure a timely and insightful budget exercise. Provide insightful metrics to push change across the organization whether organizational, cultural, increasing diversity, equity and inclusion, developmental, etc….

Own the automated P&O KPI reporting tool, which links the people to the figures

Analyze and taking the lead on the monthly HC/FTE/Turnover reporting to senior management. Adding extra features to the already existing dashboard, focusing on qualitative visualization Being the bridge between P&O and finance, provide figures and needed support. to ensure a global & local accurate reporting framework. Leverage visualization to facilitate identification of quality issues, to facilitate understanding, resulting in data integrity.



3-5 years of experience in Finance or Consulting analytical experience, in a P&0 environment

Enjoy making figures talk. Advanced skills in data analysis, with demonstrated ability to collect data, analyze, simplify and concisely convey complex ideas and, provide insights from a variety of data sources. Highly proficient with MS office tools, Knowledge of ThinkCell, BI & Qlik or other data visualization tools are a plus. Education Master's degree in Business, Economics, with strong affinity with people related topics.
