- Anticipating and fulfilling guests' needs.
- Resolving any issues or concerns with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
- Infusing fun and creativity into guest interactions to create memorable experiences.
- Collaborating with the team to implement innovative ideas that disrupt the traditional hotel experience.
- Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
- Excellent and positive communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team building and motivation.
