We are seeking a responsible and diligent individual to work as a Self-Storage Facility Supervisor in central Antwerp. The facility consists of 140 storage units that are managed online through an app. The main tasks will include maintaining the cleanliness of common areas and checking and cleaning units after tenants move out. This is a part-time position requiring about 10-15 hours of work per month.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly cleaning of the common areas, including a corridor approximately 250 meters long.
• Checking the cleanliness of individual units after tenants move out.
• Monitoring the inventory of cleaning supplies and ensuring they are restocked as needed.
• Reporting any faults or technical issues related to the facility.
• Ensuring the facility is always clean, tidy, and customer-friendly.
• Conducting tours for potential customers during scheduled visits to the facility.

Requirements:

• Comfortable communicating in English and Dutch.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and initiative in managing the facility.
• Comfortable with technology and ability to use mobile devices to access the facility and individual storage units.
• Flexibility in work availability at short notice.
