Customer Service Officer NL-FR
?Support Sales and Customers if there are questions;
?Solve the most frequent issues and setting up an FAQ database for our Customers & Sales;
?Setting up a contract in SAP making sure that the customer structure is correct;
?Give periodical Print Services training/presentations in Sales team meetings on request of Sales Management;
?Monitor and report on the performance of our 3rd party service providers;
?Invoice any service given to our customers which is not covered by the Print Services contract;
?Making sure that ending Print Services contracts are timely followed up by our Sales department;
?Report on the Customer satisfaction concerning Print Services contracts towards: CSO-management Head of Specialized Sales.
?Service oriented person friendly recognizing the customers mood and needs;
?Knowledge of Microsoft Office working with Word Excel PowerPoint;
?Affinity with printer hardware network;
?Able to recognize structures / processes and identify improvements;
?Able to create ?buy-in? for new ideas;
?Ability to learn quickly;
?Flexible attitude team player;
?This person will timely escalate if needed (e.g. issue workload);
?Ability to prioritize workload and the absolute drive also to 3rd parties to get the job done;
?Must be fluent in:
