Job description

As a customer service advisor, customers with products from a U.S. brand of home appliance can contact you to ask questions or request explanations about their services or products.

  • As an advisor, you help every customer with the utmost care.
  • In addition, you can easily detect the needs of customers and respond well to them.
  • In every contact you go for the best feasible customer experience.
  • You strive for high-quality file management with a view to speed, accuracy and efficiency.


As a customer service advisor you are:

  • A real language mastery, in addition to English you also speak Dutch and French.
  • Communicative and helpful.
  • Interested in social media.
  • Patient to offer customers a solution.


  • You end up in a learning environment. You will receive a thorough and paid training about the products, services and conversation techniques. Every day you can learn and improve in your role thanks to continuous coaching, feedback and training.
  • You work in an schedule with day hours from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm.
  • You end up in a vibrant environment with a top atmosphere where both customers and employees come first.
