Based in Brussels, and providing support to our clients in 23 countries, and in 14 official languages, Louis Vuitton’s Client Service Centre is seeking passionate, dynamic and multilingual people to join our diverse team to provide exceptional customer service to clients from across Europe and to explore the digital world of Louis Vuitton!
We are looking for candidates mastering French or Dutch, or bilingual, together with a good command of English (oral and written). Please note that the next onboarding is scheduled for early April, 2023 and the following one in early June 2023. As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton promise. You will be responsible for answering all incoming contacts from clients via multiple platforms (phone, email & written social media). You will make the difference by developping a loyal client base and maximizing each sales opportunity. You will advise and guide clients into the Brand universe, ensuring the most qualitative service is delivered to each of them.
The ideal candidate will possess a previous experience in the Luxury, Retail, Hospitality or Client-facing industries. You hold a strong passion for fashion and luxury. This position also requires you to be fluent with IT tools and to hold strong interpersonal skills.
Possibility to work from home: 2 days
Upon joining, you will be provided two weeks of paid training and given the adequate tools to provide expert advice and guidance to all client inquiries. Working Hours: 38 hours/week on a rotational shift pattern. Please be advised that this will include evening shifts (until 8PM), as well as availability to work both weekends and public holidays. Upon successful completion of the onboarding, you will be eligible to Louis Vuitton’s work from home policy (3 days in the office and 2 days from home).
