What will you do?

Our Consultants are independent workers who are affiliated with our organization and use our network and facilities, including representative housing, automation, access to resume databases and job ads, administrative support, an established name, corporate identity, and training and mentoring.

Responsibilities

· Operational on the A-Z recruitment – 360-degree consultancy · Business development and account management · Guiding a team of >5 engineering recruitment consultants · Evaluating and guiding junior, medior and senior consultants · Setting up a sales strategy and the responsibility for the implementation · Taking active participation in management activities

Who are you?

· Bilingual in French and English · >3 years of experience in 360-degree recruitmen: Engineering · Aspiration to become an inspirational leader · Amibitious with and for you team members · You can work independantly and collective · You are communicative and oozing confidence · You are motivated by “work hard, play hard”
