Job description

  • Develop and expand the company’s presence across the retail segment.
  • Identify new business opportunities across independent stores, local chains, specialty shops, and other retail networks.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, listings, pricing conditions, and promotional actions.
  • Build and nurture long?term partnerships with store managers and key market players.
  • Monitor sales performance and suggest relevant action plans.
  • Support the development of the commercial strategy with field insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (purchasing, supply chain, operations) to ensure product availability and visibility.

Profile

  • Experience in business development, ideally in retail, FMCG, or distribution.
  • Strong negotiation skills, capable of turning a “let me think about it” into a “yes, let’s go.”
  • Knowledge of the local market—or the ability to learn it quickly.
  • Results?driven, structured, autonomous, and proactive.
  • Comfortable in the field and naturally people?oriented.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
