Customer Service professional

The company is located in Zaventem and this is a full-time position in an international environment.

Responsibilities for the Customer Service (M/F/X) role include:

• Managing orders in oracle
• Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and other communication channels from customers.
• Providing accurate and timely information about products, services and orders to customers.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and customer friendly manner.
• Recording customer interactions and updating customer databases.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications required for the Customer Service (M/F/X) position:

• Experience in a B2B customer service role
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing. Any other Nordic language is an asset! (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish and English)
• Customer oriented mindset and the ability to work in a solution oriented manner.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
