Sales Representative | Wineries & Horeca
Job description
- Develop and grow the presence of the company’s premium wine portfolio among Belgian wine merchants, specialty retailers and among premium restaurants.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and open high?potential accounts across the country.
- Present and promote premium wines, sharing product stories, terroirs, and producer values with clients.
- Negotiate listings, volumes, pricing conditions, and long?term commercial agreements.
- Plan and execute regular field visits to strengthen client relationships and maintain visibility.
- Support clients with tastings, product recommendations, and assortments tailored to their clientele.
- Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, smooth logistics, and marketing support.
Profile
- Experience in wine sales, FMCG sales, or commercial roles within the beverage industry.
- A genuine passion for wine, knowledge of appellations, terroirs, or tasting fundamentals is a strong asset.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- A commercial mindset: proactive, structured, resilient, and autonomous.
- Comfortable visiting clients frequently and managing a territory efficiently.
- Ability to represent premium brands and deliver compelling product storytelling.
- A natural relationship?builder who enjoys working with passionate wine professionals.
