Administrative Security Assistant

Job description

  • Coordinating administrative exchanges and meetings
  • Managing complex agendas and priorities
  • Administering the full contract lifecycle, including monthly billing and financial follow-up
  • Producing structured reporting and supporting compliance with security governance
  • Act as the administrative single point of contact (SPOC) between the client, Security Operations Center, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Contract and Operations Managers
  • Ensure strict confidentiality, accuracy, and responsiveness within a 24/7 security context

Profile

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative/contract support, ideally in an international security or high-risk environment
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Advanced proficiency in office and collaboration tools
  • Trilingual mandatory: English, French, Dutch (C1); Spanish/Italian are assets
