Administrative Security Assistant
Functieomschrijving
- Coordinating administrative exchanges and meetings
- Managing complex agendas and priorities
- Administering the full contract lifecycle, including monthly billing and financial follow-up
- Producing structured reporting and supporting compliance with security governance
- Act as the administrative single point of contact (SPOC) between the client, Security Operations Center, and internal stakeholders
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Contract and Operations Managers
- Ensure strict confidentiality, accuracy, and responsiveness within a 24/7 security context
Profiel
- Minimum 3 years' experience in administrative/contract support, ideally in an international security or high-risk environment
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Advanced proficiency in office and collaboration tools
- Trilingual mandatory: English, French, Dutch (C1); Spanish/Italian are assets
