Our family-run company based in Haren (Ems) / Germany grows at a fast pace and we are steadily looking for qualified and dedicated team players in all areas for all of our locations and beyond.


We are currently looking for an administrative assistant (m/f/x). You‘re a person with your individual profile, qualifications, talents and wishes. But we are not like any other company. Job description

  • Reviewing and processing customer enquiries
  • Preparation of offers and orders
  • Personnel administration in cooperation with an external service provider 
  • Supervision and control of transports
  • Close cooperation with our headquarters in Haren (Ems) 
  • General administrative activities


  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Independent, committed and responsible way of working
  • Good manners with a friendly, serious appearance
  • High flexibility and motivation to learn
  • Good knowledge of Flemish and English is a prerequisite
  • German language skills desirable, but not mandatory 
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office and NAV would be an advantage
