Transport Planner
Functieomschrijving
- Plan daily transports in the TMS system based on product availability and customer requirements.
- Manage transport orders end-to-end: booking, confirmation, follow-up, and adjustments when needed.
- Identify and resolve logistical issues proactively, including requesting spot prices when required.
- Verify transport invoices to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
- Prepare shipment documents and coordinate timely pick-ups with carriers (e.g. express shipments).
- Collaborate closely with customer service, warehouses, production, and other internal teams to ensure on-time and complete deliveries.
Profiel
Bachelor/master in logistics, economics or equivalent by experience
Affinity with transport & planning responsibilities
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
Strong MS Office skills
Stress-resistant, customer-focused, flexible & decisive
Analytical with strong communication
