Transport & Customer Support - flexible hours

To support our growing logistics activities, we are looking for a Transport & Operations Support Officer who enjoys variety, responsibility, and daily contact with both drivers and customers. In this role, you act as the organizational hub of our operational transport flow.
Your Responsibilities
- First point of contact for drivers: You answer questions, coordinate assignments, and ensure smooth follow-up of all transport activities.
- Customer communication: You maintain daily contact with customers; professional and clear communication in (near-)perfect English is essential.
- Transport administration: You process trip data, verify documentation, and ensure accurate administrative follow-up.
- Learning customs procedures: You will receive internal training to handle customs documentation and specific regulatory procedures.
- Coordination of administrative workflows: You switch smoothly between various administrative tasks and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment.
Profiel
- You have your own transportation and are prepared to work in a rotating schedule (2-shift system + occasional day shift).
- You are communicative, proactive, and able to work independently and solution-oriented.
- You have a good command of Microsoft Office and quickly learn new digital tools.
- You work accurately and have no hesitation in learning new processes, such as customs administration.
- Excellent English skills are required.
