Our team in Machelen is looking for a Temporary Front Office Customer Advisor. In this role you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient fleet operations by supporting both the administrative and operational processes within our fleet department. In this role, you'll handle a wide range of tasks, from vehicle coordination to administrative follow-up, making you a key point of contact for colleagues and external partners.

What you'll do

  • Manage the fleet mailbox and ensure accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including vehicle registrations and traffic fine management.
  • Coordinate and deliver vehicles to press contacts.
  • Organise vehicle exchanges for employees.
  • Handle invoicing and recharging costs to the correct entities.
  • Provide general support to the fleet team and assist with ad-hoc tasks when needed.

Profiel

To be successful in this role, you bring:

  • Strong command of Dutch and French. A good level of English is required.
  • Confident in working with computers, with basic Excel skills.
  • A structured and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to set priorities effectively.
  • Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently while also collaborating smoothly with the team.
  • Experience in fleet management is an asset, but not a requirement. Motivation and eagerness to learn are just as valuable.
