About this job
For a food company in Roeselare, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team leader/shift manager.
Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenAs a teamleader, a very nice and extensive range of tasks awaits you:
- You will manage and motivate a team of 8 to 10 people;
- responsible for making the production and personnel planning;
- set up machines and adjust them if necessary;
- carry out quality controls;
- provide coaching and training to employees or new colleagues.
Profiel
- Good knowledge of Dutch or English;
- first experience as a teamleader and in possession of great leadership qualities;
- also do manual work if necessary;
- fluent PC knowledge.
Aanbod

- attractive salary, starting at €19/h (without shifts allowance);
- meal vouchers of €8/day
- you will be working in the night shift from Monday until Friday: 21h-5h;
