In this position, you contribute directly to efficient supply flows and operational continuity within a dynamic and complex environment.As Supply Planner, you are responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound flows for a refinery site and for planning activities with an external filling partner. You work closely with internal and external stakeholders and translate data into clear plans and improvements.Your responsibilitiesCreate and execute short-term supply and production plansCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics flowsManage planning with third-party partnersMonitor KPIs (costs, service, complaints) and initiate improvementsManage vendor invoices and ensure correct and timely paymentsCommunicate proactively with stakeholders and align solutionsSupport reporting, analysis and data-driven decision-making
