Supply Officer

As a Supply Officer your responsibilities are:
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries with suppliers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with logistics and supply chain policies and procedures.
- Analyze data to forecast supply needs and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline supply chain processes.
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain activities.
Profiel
A successful Supply Officer should have:
- Educational background in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Excellent level of Dutch & English
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in the industrial and manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
