As a Supply Chain Manager, you oversee following domains:
S&OP Leadership & Change Management
- Lead and mature the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, ensuring structured preparation, scenario building, and aligned decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating collaboration between sales, operations, finance, and logistics.
- Act as a change agent, introducing best practices, improving planning discipline, and supporting teams through transitions.
- Develop clear S&OP KPIs, dashboards, and process routines that strengthen transparency and predictability.
- Guide the organisation toward a more integrated, data-driven planning culture.
Production & Inventory Planning
- Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle by preparing data, building scenarios, and coordinating inputs across teams.
- Develop and maintain production, replenishment, and inventory plans.
- Monitor stock levels, forecast accuracy, safety stock policies, and inventory health.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations to ensure alignment of demand and supply.
- Take ownership of day-to-day production planning activities and ensure continuity during peak or backup periods.
Logistics Coordination
- Follow up internal logistics and warehouse processes to ensure timely product availability.
- Monitor service levels, production lead times, and distribution performance.
- Partner with customer service to improve order fulfilment and distribution flows.
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyse key KPIs such as service level, capacity utilisation, stock turnover, and logistics metrics.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
- Contribute to improvement projects focused on planning processes, standardisation, and operational efficiency.
Master Data Support
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of supply chain-related master data (items, BOMs, routings, locations).
- Work with IT and business stakeholders to improve data quality and governance.
- Understand how master data impacts planning and operational performance.
As Supply Chain Manager you will report to the COO and you will work together with 4 direct reports.
