Our client is one of the world’s largest automobile manufacturers and a leading global company. For their site in Diest, they are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator. This concerns a short-term assignment (Until June 2026). With a possibility for extension.
Your Responsibilities:
- Procure parts and accessories from local suppliers and ensure accurate inventory control.
- Analyze stock levels and service levels, and take corrective actions to meet customer service expectations and key KPI targets:
- Monitor and follow up on Allocation Service Rate for customers.
- Resolve backorders.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate follow-up.
- Improve supplier performance by applying companies system and problem-solving methodologies:
- Create, map, review, and improve supply chain and warehouse processes.
- Identify and understand abnormalities caused by suppliers in the warehouse.
- Visit suppliers to analyze root causes, define countermeasures, and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
- Support suppliers in creating and maintaining standards.
- Ensure parts availability for all European markets—through regional hubs and up to the end customer—for both current and future car models.
