1. Be the first point of contact for stores
- Respond to questions, issues, and maintenance needs via phone and email.
- Register, follow up, and close tickets in the internal system.
- Ensure each request is handled with care, speed, and professionalism.
2. Coordinate suppliers & service partners
- Contact and manage external service providers for repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
- Verify contracts, request offers, and negotiate timing when needed.
- Monitor the progress of interventions until the job is fully completed.
3. Act as an operational expert
- Spot recurring issues and propose improvements.
- Help build internal guidelines, scripts, and FAQ documents.
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance our facility operations.
4. Handle critical administrative follow-up
- Prepare daily planning and keep records updated.
- Process offers and invoices.
- Register maintenance and inspection reports.
- Provide reporting to help the team monitor performance.
Our client is looking for a Shop Facility Coordinator that has:
- Strong communication skills in French & Dutch (phone & email).
- A problem-solving mindset with a "let's fix it" attitude.
- Experience in customer service, sales administration, logistics support, or a similar coordinating role.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests at once.
- A structured and organised way of working.
- A proactive approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
