Services Account Representative

We are looking for a Services Account Representative who will:
- Support team members as the main customer contact for operational service matters
- Help manage service contracts, service coordination and customer support
- Contribute to service sales growth through effective account management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions
What you will do:
- Handle orders and coordinate relevant parts and materials
- Perform purchasing and invoicing tasks; collaborate closely with service admin teams
- Coordinate service contract fulfilment and non-contract events, including scheduling and scope changes
- Lead customer communication and planning for service, maintenance, permanent solutions and rebuild kits
- Resolve customer enquiries and direct them within the organization
- Support sales teams and customers to achieve desired outcomes
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and represent the customer voice internally
Profiel
A successful Services Account Representative should bring:
- Experience in a customer-focused role, preferably with responsibilities in order management and service coordination.
- Strong skills in managing customer accounts and handling administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in software and tools (SAP, excel).
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
