Sales trainer

Konvert is recruiting for a global leader in the innovation and manufacturing of advanced medical devices in the Ghislenghien region.
We are looking for a proactive Sales Enablement Associate to support the commercial team by improving training quality, communication flow, and sales readiness. This role will help ensure the sales force is fully equipped to represent the products effectively through structured training, engaging materials, and coordinated field support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of training programs for our client's sales representatives, including product education and selling techniques.
- Facilitate webinars, presentations, and training sessions to improve communication and knowledge.
- Assist in lead qualification and outreach activities to support commercial growth.
- Represent the company at congresses, trade shows, and booth events, supporting product demonstrations and field inquiries.
- Maintain sales tools, documentation, and CRM records to ensure updated and accessible information for the team.
Profiel
- Have a bachelor's degree.
- Experience in sales, sales support, or training.
- Languages: English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex product information into clear training content.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Ability to travel internationally (30% travel).
